All pets staying overnight will need to be picked up between 7:00am - 11:00am on their scheduled pick-up day to avoid any afternoon fees. If you have to pick up between 2:00pm - 6:00pm, you will be charged the afternoon pick-up fee of $10 for each pet staying with us. NOTE-there are no discounts applied for multiples pets on afternoon pick-ups.

If you’re planning for your pet to stay 31 consecutive days or longer you will receive a 10% Discount for boarding only. Any additional services will be charged at their full price. These stays must be pre-approved by the owner or manager. Long-term guests will be required to make monthly payments, pre-arrange for food replenishments, vet visits, and any other requirement your pet may need during our care.
Available to all military personnel & veterans. Must present your Military ID or proof of service to receive a 10% Discount (on boarding only). Any additional services selected during your pet's stay will be charged at their full price.
