To prioritize the health and safety of all our furry guests, we require a current copy of your pet's vaccination records. Please note the following important information:
Puppy Policy: For the well-being of young pups, we kindly request that puppies are at least 16 weeks old and FULLY vaccinated before their stay at Petite Paws.
Submitting Vaccine Records is Convenient: You can effortlessly upload your pet's vaccination records through the Gingr App by attaching them to your account. Alternatively, you may choose to email a copy directly to your account at petitepaws@shots.pet. For added flexibility, you can also email the records directly to our facility at reservations@petitepawspethotel.com.

To enhance your pet's experience during their stay with us, we kindly request that you bring the appropriate amount of labeled, pre-measured bags for each meal needed throughout the duration of their stay. Please note that we do not have storage space for large food bags or boxes.
For added convenience, we recommend bringing a little extra food in case of any unexpected delays in your plans. Additionally, if your pet has specific feeding habits or if you have any concerns, please inform us. Your insights into your pet's preferences and challenges are valuable in providing personalized care.
*Tip: We highly recommend maintaining consistency by feeding your pet the same food they are accustomed to at home, promoting a seamless transition during their stay.
To make your dog's stay even more enjoyable, feel free to bring along their preferred treats. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any rawhide chews, as they pose a high choking hazard.
For the safety and well-being of your pet, ensure that all treats are properly sized, promoting easy chewing and proper digestion. This small but crucial detail contributes to a positive and worry-free experience for your furry friend.
For the safe and proper administration of your pet's medication, we kindly request that you bring the medication in its labeled medicine bottle along with clear instructions. It is crucial not to pre-make medication in pill pockets, food, or any other form, and avoid bringing medications without proper labeling. Knowing exactly what your pet is taking and its purpose is essential for their health and safety.
*Note: If your pet requires an injection, prior approval is necessary for their stay. Please contact the General Manager for the required authorization.
To ensure the best stay for your pet, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing pet bedding, toys, or additional items from home. Much like a human hotel, we are fully equipped to cater to all your pet's needs. Our suites come furnished with Kuranda beds, and we maintain a diverse selection of blankets, comforters, and beds in various sizes.
Rest assured, if you'd like to provide your pet with something comparable from home, we're more than happy to accommodate your preference. Simply let us know during check-in, and we'll ensure your pet enjoys the comforts they're accustomed to.
